Sodexo Innovation

Sodexo Asi Da Gusto

The Así Da Gusto Vivir program was developed by Sodexo in partnership with dieticians and implemented in its client companies in Chile.

This program promotes a healthy lifestyle based on customized nutritional advice and individual stress anagement recommendations. It is divided into 3 stages:

  • Performing an assessment following interviews with employee volunteers. 
  • Development of an action plan (recommendations for employees, list of healthy restaurants, etc). 
  • Monitoring employees and assessing the impact of Así Da Gusto Vivir after 6 months.
